Overview
Supports the branch manager in the daily operation of the branch office.
Responsibilities:
Provides courteous customer service.
Solicits for new or renewed customer business on every contact.
Receives loan payments and posts to customer accounts.
Maintains cash drawer accuracy and security.
Prepares and handles office deposits and maintains checkbook accuracy.
Prepares and processes loan applications.
Performs collection activities on delinquent accounts, by both written and verbal communications.

Overview:

Branch Supervisor
Overview:
Branch Supervisor has two roles to fill. They are the Manager of a Branch as well as a
Supervisor. They will use effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate and
direct the functions of the branch they manage and the territory with approximately 3 to 5
locations that are compliant with company policies and achieve established objectives for
controls and profitable operation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform supervision duties in assigned territory primarily through onsite visits.
- Interview and select territory personnel.
- Develop, train and direct new and existing branch personnel.
- Develop and maintain employee/customer relations.
- Evaluate branch performance and advise Manager on corrective action, if required.
- Maintain profitable operation.
- Ensure account gain and loan volume for territory.
- Minimize delinquent debt by ensuring appropriate lending and collection procedures.
- Confirm compliance with Company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal lending regulations.
- Confirm branch compliance with record retention procedures.
- Ensures proper staffing of territory personnel.
- Prompt and regular attendance is required.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Exercise sound judgment in decision making.
Qualifications:
Two-to-three years’ experience as an internal Branch Manager with the completion of Supervisor Trainee program preferred or outside experience with handling multiple locations. The knowledge of our company operations, policies, and standards along with state and federal lending regulations is preferred. There must be a general knowledge of employment laws and good communication skills. The ability to travel frequently as needed.
A basic skill level in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to obtain license, certification, and/or governmental approval to
provide ancillary products and services, as applicable.
